May 8, 2015: Craig Parton was part of a panel addressing the topic of “Groundwater Adjudications in the Age of Sustainable Groundwater Management.” The presentation took place on May 6th at the Spring conference of the Association of California Water Agencies in Sacramento and discussed the impact of California’s new Sustainable Groundwater Management Act on past, present and future groundwater adjudications. Craig Parton was trial counsel in two groundwater basin adjudications in California. He represented a major overlying right holder in the Santa Maria Groundwater Basin adjudication.
