Family estate planning, wealth management, and the administration of trusts and estates have long been areas of specialty at Price, Postel & Parma, LLP. Five of the firm’s attorneys, assisted by experienced staff, concentrate their practices in these areas.

We handle all aspects of trusts and estates planning, including the preparation of living trusts, wills, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney and property and marital agreements. We have substantial expertise in gift, estate and generation-skipping tax planning, including the use of sophisticated tax planning techniques when appropriate. We regularly assist business owners with ownership and management succession planning.

We also handle all aspects of charitable planning, including the design and implementation of charitable gifting programs and the formation and administration of charitable trusts, private foundations, and public charities.

Our attorneys and staff are well versed in all phases of the trust and estate administration process, including probate administration, the administration of revocable living trusts, incapacity planning and the establishment of conservatorships, the preparation of estate and gift tax returns, trust accounts, and post-mortem tax planning.

Trust and estate matters unfortunately sometimes give rise to disputes. We represent beneficiaries and fiduciaries in estate and trust litigation, including will and trust contests, and questions and conflicts involving the administration of trusts and estates.

We work closely with other estate planning professionals, including trust officers, accountants, portfolio managers, financial planners, and life insurance agents, in all areas of the firm’s estate planning practice.

We are looking for a qualified Trusts and Estates Associate. Details here
