Ms. Fassett’s practice emphasizes litigation including all aspects of labor and employment law, intellectual property, business divorce, and financial institutions, as well as trust and estate litigation.
Mr. Fisher’s practice involves all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, agreements and other estate planning instruments.
Mr. Gaudi is a retired partner and continues as Of Counsel to the Firm. Mr. Gaudi received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan. After service in the U.S. Navy, he came to Santa Barbara in 1965. He has been a member of Price, Postel & Parma since that time.
Mr. Hvolbøll is a retired partner and serves as Of Counsel to the firm. His practice emphasizes working with extended families and their common interests, often ranching and farming families, as well as zoning and land use matters.
Mr. Moharram’s practice includes general real estate law (including both transactional and litigation work) as well as common interest developments (i.e. planned developments and condominium projects) and subdivision law.
Mr. Manion represents both private and public agency clients with respect to zoning, planning and land use entitlements, including the California Coastal Act, general plans, local zoning, Subdivision Map Act and affordable housing.
Mr. Pontifex is a retired partner and serves as Of Counsel to the Firm. His transaction-focused practice is diverse, encompassing business and corporate transactions, real estate, environmental law, insurance coverage, and contracts of almost every type.
Mr. Rossi’s practice involves all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of revocable trusts, wills, irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, other traditional estate planning instruments, as well as marital property agreements.
Mr. Price is a Land Use Planner and represents a diverse range of clients in all facets of planning including entitlement permits, due diligence, project/site design, environmental review, condition compliance, and project management.
