EXPERIENCE

Mr. Hurley is a retired partner at the Firm. Over the course of his career, he handled a variety of matters from oil and gas law to private foundations, trusts and taxation. His tenure with the firm covered the past 50 years.

Early in his legal career, Mr. Hurley’s service extended beyond the Santa Barbara Community. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve where he held the positions of Captain and Staff Judge Advocate.

Mr. Hurley was on the Board of Directors of The Lobero Theatre Foundation for many years and served as its President for 5 years. He has been on the board of The Community Arts Music Association for 32 years, served as its President for 5 years, and headed its Endowment Campaign. He has been on the Board of Wood Glen Hall for over 30 years.
