Jeff Tchakarov

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Tchakarov has a broad practice in commercial and business litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency rights, and matters where he represented institutional creditors’ interests, including defaulted loans, lender liability, bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, real estate disputes, title curative issues, probate litigation and post-judgment enforcement. Mr. Tchakarov assists the firm’s litigation practice by bringing wide-ranging experience in both finance and real estate, as well as general litigation experience in courts at both the State and Federal levels.

Mr. Tchakarov has served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Peter Carroll, Honorable Julia Brand, and Honorable Sheri Bluebond — all bankruptcy judges in the Central District of California.
