EXPERIENCE
Mr. Metzinger handles all aspects of appellate litigation in California and federal courts, from the evaluation of a case for appeal to the completion of the appellate process. He also handles trial court writs involving judicial review of CEQA issues and administrative agency decisions.
Mr. Metzinger has represented a broad spectrum of clients, including small and large businesses, developers, non-profit organizations, government entities, developers, television and print media, trusts and estates.
His practice encompasses such diverse matters as business torts and breach of contract claims, wrongful termination and employment claims, landowner and water disputes, trade secret disputes, estate claims and First Amendment claims.
