EXPERIENCE
Mr. Baker maintains a broad practice encompassing commercial and business litigation, real estate, and employment and labor law, as well as other civil litigation matters handled by the firm. He represents businesses, property owners, employers, and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including business and contract disputes, real property conflicts, landlord-tenant matters, and employment-related litigation. His practice also includes advising clients on risk management strategies to help prevent disputes before they arise.
Before joining Price Postel & Parma, Mr. Baker practiced at local law firms, serving clients in Santa Barbara and throughout California. He advises clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-dispute counseling through resolution, including discovery, law and motion practice, mediation, and trial. He takes a strategic and results-oriented approach, working closely with clients to develop practical solutions tailored to their legal and business objectives.
