March 13, 2023: Jeff Tchakarov has joined Price Postel & Parma LLP as an associate attorney in the Litigation Practice Group. He brings a wide range of experience in both finance and real estate as well as general litigation experience in courts at both the State and Federal levels. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tchakarov represented clients with regard to bankruptcy and insolvency rights, and institutional creditors’ interests in matters involving defaulted loans, lender liability, bankruptcy cases, real estate disputes, title curative issues, probate litigation and post-judgment enforcement.
Mr. Tchakarov formerly served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Peter Carroll, Honorable Julia Brand, and Honorable Sheri Bluebond — all bankruptcy judges in the Central District of California
