January 1, 2026: Price, Postel & Parma is pleased to announce that Jeremy Stone has become a partner of the firm. Mr. Stone handles all aspects of real estate, land use, public entity, and estate planning/trust administration matters. His real estate practice focuses on real estate acquisition, disposition, financing, entitlement/zoning, and leasing and operations for commercial, residential and agricultural property. Mr. Stone advises boards and staff of public entities on a wide variety of transactional and compliance matters. Mr. Stone’s practice also involves estate planning and trust administration. He lives in Carpinteria with his wife and young son.
