September 17, 2013: Craig Parton, a partner in the Litigation Department, and Victoria Kahn, one of the Firm’s associates, recently concluded a complex and contentious family trust case that resulted in a multi-million dollar recovery for the Firm’s out of state client.

September 17, 2013: Craig Parton, Tim Metzinger and Shereef Moharram successfully defended a complex class action suit on behalf of a financial services client.  The case involved over 200,000 potential class members and recently resulted in an extremely favorable result for the client.
