January 1, 2021: Price, Postel & Parma is pleased to announce that Shannon DeNatale Boyd has become a partner of the firm. Ms. Boyd’s practice focuses primarily on education law, employment law, civil litigation, and public entity representation. She acts as general counsel, handling a variety of matters including employment and labor for public entities as well as private clients. In addition, Ms. Boyd practices civil litigation from pre-litigation consultation to resolution, including discovery, law and motion, mediation, trial, and writs and appeals. As a resident of the Santa Ynez Valley, Ms. Boyd enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors with her husband and two young sons.
